Food allergies should not prevent you from enjoying delicious treats.
While we can accommodate many allergies, and our staff will ensure they curate a delicious selection, candy options can be limited. A small surcharge is added to these orders for the extra care and time required to ensure your safety.
Gluten and Dairy-Free Candy
Our founder is a Celiac, so we have extensive knowledge about Gluten-Free products. We can make any product selection gluten-free and dairy-free, from our bulk candy CandyGrams to our packaged candy Gift Baskets and Cotton Candy!
From our experience, these allergens are frequently found concurrently, so we have grouped them together into a single category for your convenience.
Peanut and Nut Free Candy
We can generally accommodate an allergy depending on its severity. Still, we cannot guarantee that all our manufacturers' products were not made in peanut-free facilities.
For mild allergies, we can select an assortment of candy without nut ingredients. For severe allergies, please state this, and we will ensure that we only use candies guaranteed to be made in a peanut and nut-free facility.
For severe allergies, we suggest a Surprise Bag or Candy Basket. Some of our suppliers manufacture in peanut and nut-free facilities, and you can safely double-check the ingredients listed on the back of the packages.
If you are looking for the most straightforward option, grab some Cotton Candy Tubs in our unique flavours, which contain zero traces of peanuts or other nuts.
Vegan Candy
Vegan candy is a tough nut to crack, but we've been working hard to expand our selection and carry a range of vegan candy in our CandyGrams.
Sugar-Free Candy
We can make something great, but we do have limited supplies of sugar-free candy. We require a longer lead time on these orders to ensure we have a good selection of options. We will confirm whether we can fulfill your order at the time of your purchase. The best choice for Sugar-Free Candy is to order a CandyGram. We also carry Sugar-Free Cotton Candy!
If you're looking for keto-friendly candy, we unfortunately do not have any suitable options!
Halal Candy
We carry a couple of Halal candy brands and can also accommodate this preference. Most of our Halal options are in bulk, so we recommend ordering either a Candy Bag or our CandyGrams.
What if I have a halal diet and a nut allergy?
Please send us a message before ordering. The leading brand from which we source our halal candy also processes nuts in its facility, so we may have to check to ensure we can accommodate this order.

We will indicate all allergen-specific products in your order with an allergen sticker.
You will often find this in the bottom right-hand corner of the product. Sometimes, it may also be incorporated into our main logo sticker at the top left.
We recommend Cotton Candy as a safe, allergen-free option when in doubt!
Yes! We can make sugar-free cotton candy, which seems like a magic trick, but either way, it's happening!
We are also able to spin it in several flavours—there is nothing tasteless about it! Wintergreen, Caramel, Strawberry, Canadian Maple, and Blue Raspberry, just to name a few.
We go to great lengths to ensure that the candy you receive is exceptionally fresh and hope you can enjoy it that way. But we understand there may be times when that isn't possible, so we hope this helps you better understand how long various products will stay fresh.
CandyGrams
Our Regular, Gigantic and Mega CandyGram cubes come wrapped in a cellophane bag that helps extend their freshness to a few months, whereas our baby CandyGram is best consumed within a few weeks.
Cotton Candy
Cotton Candy is very susceptible to environmental conditions like temperature and humidity. As such, our cotton candy BAGS should be consumed within a few days of being made, and our cotton candy TUBS are suitable for a couple of weeks. Keep these in a dry, cool space to extend their freshness.

No, we never include a receipt, invoice or anything that directly refers to prices. However, we use various labels to identify the recipient, order number and items in the order.
Yes! During checkout, a text box allows you to compose a note that will be included with the package; feel free to get creative. We love adding notes to your deliveries!
We can usually fulfill orders on short notice, but not always. Check out our Rush options on our Shipping page.

During checkout, there is a box in which you can leave comments/instructions for our staff. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Yes! We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays, and you can pick a date at least two days beyond your order date.
Yes! We ship packages on the same day as our delivery days. At the checkout, a drop-down calendar will be offered, where you can choose the next available Wednesday or Friday shipping date. Preferred shipping dates are for SENDING, not ARRIVAL.
Generally, this is not the case unless you select our Rush option, in which case we will attempt to secure a delivery guarantee.
Our standard shipments go out through Canada Post. When you select a delivery date during checkout, we will drop it off at the post office that day. From there, we rely on their delivery service standards (during non-peak periods):
- Alberta - 1-2 business days
- BC/SK - 2-3 business days
- ON/QC - 3-5 business days
- Rest of Canada - 5-8 business days
E.g. If you were to pick this Wednesday for delivery to Ontario, it would likely arrive early the following week (Monday or Tuesday)
During peak periods like Christmas and Valentine's Day, we deliver until 6:30 pm; during non-peak periods, all deliveries are completed by 4:30 pm.
- Calgary and area deliveries leave our warehouse packaged in a white paper gift bag with our logo or a smaller purple plastic gift bag. If you would like the contents of the bag specifically hidden, please select that in your cart when checking out.
- Outside of Calgary and the area, deliveries are packaged securely in Canada Post-branded boxes or larger recycled boxes. As you can imagine, when receiving pallets of candy, we find ourselves with an overage of cardboard. We do our best to reduce our footprint and recycle the boxes we receive for shipping purposes.
Given the challenges of redelivery, our staff will attempt to leave your order in a safe and secure location near your door. You will receive an email when the order has been dropped off.
If there is a unique location in and around your doorstep where you would like us to place your delivery, please include this in the Instructions to Staff box during checkout.
Unless we have permission from the sender/recipient to leave the order at a designated point (like outside a condo unit's door), we will not leave orders unattended at condo or business addresses.
If we are unsuccessful in our first attempt, we will contact the sender (or recipient as needed) to inform them of the subsequent delivery window and get any relevant additional information. If the recipient cannot be at the location during the next delivery window, they must pick up the order at the Sugar Cube warehouse.
At checkout, you can choose a FREE pickup option from our SE warehouse at 11769 40 St SE, Unit 115 (near the Flying J at Barlow and Deerfoot South).
Customers can pick up during the below business hours provided they have received confirmation their order is ready to be picked up. We prepare production for Tuesdays and Thursdays with order cutoffs two days prior. Please place your orders accordingly.

Yes, we have limited pickup options from 10 am to 4 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can select a "Pickup" option upon checkout for a minimum of two days from the day you order. When your order is complete, you will be notified through email.

We love to create custom candy mixes if you're looking for specific colour schemes or custom branding for a small additional fee.
You must order the product you will be reselling. Our wholesale minimum order is $500.00, with a two-week lead time.
Are you looking for a mini candy station to welcome your clients, or do you love having candy on hand that you can't usually purchase at a regular store?
We're happy to provide bulk candy options! The cost will vary depending on the quantity and type of candy you prefer. If you have a specific candy in mind, please note that we may require additional time to order it if we do not currently have it at our warehouse.
